01 What actually is Control the Ops?
A cultural operating system for young operators aged 16–30. Not a course. Not a programme. An actual system, AI agents that work for you, real missions with proof requirements, a rank structure that reflects what you've built, and a network of operators who are on the same path. The AI sits underneath so it doesn't feel like tech. The front of it is human, gamified, and culturally native to where we come from.
02 What do I actually get when I join?
Access to the mission board (10 starter missions, each one a real business task, not worksheets), your crew assignment based on your natural instincts, an AI mentor engine drawing on 100 operator archetypes, and the brand builder to start your first legitimate operation. You get a real progression path from Lookout → Runner → Earner → Operator → Lieutenant → Boss → Architect. Each rank unlocks new tools, new agents, and new territory. Nothing is unlocked by paying, it's unlocked by doing.
03 Is it free?
The founding 500 spots are free for the first year. We need real operators in the room before we charge anything, that's not charity, that's how you build something worth paying for. After the founding period, members move to a low monthly tier. We're not building the masterclass model where you pay to watch someone else win. We're building membership in an operating community that pays for itself in the deals, clients, and businesses members build through it.
04 I don't have a business yet. Can I still join?
Yes. That's the point. Mission 01 is your first clean £100 from anything, a service, a skill, an idea, a gig. You don't need a company, a degree, or prior experience. You need instincts and the willingness to move. The system teaches you the rest by making you do it, not by making you watch it.
05 Who decides who gets in?
We do. Manually, for the first 500. We're looking for instinct, hunger, and trajectory, not CVs, not qualifications, not people who already had a head start. We're looking for people who already know the game but never had the system to play it legally. The quiz gives us a signal. The application gives us context. The decision is ours.
06 What are the AI agents and how do they work?
Think of them as your crew, each one does a specific job so you don't have to do it alone. There's a research agent that maps your market before you move. A brand agent that builds your identity from scratch. A compliance agent that keeps you clean. A content agent that builds your distribution. You direct them like a team. You make the calls. 07 Is this another social platform or community app?

Control the Ops is a closed operating system you log into to do work, missions to complete, proofs to submit, ranks to earn. 08 What if I'm older than 30?
The founding crew is age-gated at 16–30 to keep the cultural temperature consistent. It's built for operators who already have the instincts — pattern recognition, hustle, reading a room — and want to turn them into a legal system.
