What We Collect

For early access, we may collect your name, email, city, age band, and signup source. When the quiz and dashboard go live, we may collect quiz answers, crew assignment, mission progress, and proof submissions you choose to upload.

Why We Collect It

We use this data to manage early access, assign crews, save progress, protect users, improve missions, and run the Control the Ops experience. We do not sell user data.

Young Users

Under-18 users get high privacy defaults. Profiles are private by default, public leaderboards must use aliases or crew names, and location is never collected by GPS.

Storage And Processors

Your data is held in a managed, access-controlled database (Supabase) and the site is served through Cloudflare. Records are isolated per user, and production credentials are kept out of our source code.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Erasure requests are tracked through the Control the Ops data process and are handled within one month, as UK GDPR requires.
